Raiders Hire Mike McCoy as Assistant Head Coach
Mike McCoy has been hired by the Raiders as assistant head coach, according to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero.
McCoy, 53, was previously a senior offensive assistant for the Titans in early 2025.
He then assumed the role of interim head coach in October following the dismissal of Brian Callan. The Titans posted a 2-9 record during McCoy's tenure as interim head coach.

His prior experience includes serving as the Chargers' head coach from 2013 to 2016, where he achieved a 27-37 regular-season record and a 1-1 postseason record.
McCoy has also held positions as the Broncos offensive coordinator, Cardinals offensive coordinator, and Jaguars quarterbacks coach.
