Prime Video and MGM+ have released a full-length trailer and first-look images for the upcoming live-action series Spider-Noir. The series is scheduled to premiere on May 27.
Series Premise
The series, set in 1930s New York, follows Ben Reilly (Nicolas Cage), a private investigator. According to the official logline, Reilly is a "seasoned, down-on-his-luck" investigator who is forced to confront his past after a personal tragedy, becoming the city's sole superhero.
Spider-Noir is a live-action adaptation inspired by the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. The character of Ben Reilly is a clone of Spider-Man, distinct from the Peter Parker variant in other adaptations. Producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller stated in an interview with Esquire that Reilly is older, more jaded, and experienced a significant disillusionment prior to the series' timeline.

- Nicolas Cage as Ben Reilly / The Spider. Cage previously voiced the character in the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018).
- Lamorne Morris as Robbie Robertson, a journalist and friend of Reilly.

- Karen Rodriguez as Janet Smart, Reilly's secretary.

- Brendan Gleeson as Silvermane.
