YouTuber Adam the Woo's Cause of Death Confirmed

David Adam Williams, widely known as YouTuber Adam the Woo, was found dead at his home in Celebration, Florida, on December 22, at the age of 51.

Autopsy Confirms Cause of Death

His father, Jim Williams, confirmed on January 26 via a Facebook post that an autopsy report indicated the cause of death was atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease.

The report concluded this resulted in a "heart attack in his sleep."

Jim Williams expressed gratitude that his son died at home and was discovered by friends. Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and hypertensive heart disease are conditions involving plaque buildup in arteries and high blood pressure, which significantly increase the risk of a heart attack.

Discovery and A YouTube Legacy

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office confirmed Adam's death, stating that a friend discovered him unresponsive through a window.

Williams started his YouTube channel "Adam the Woo" in 2009, followed by "The Daily Woo" in 2012. His channels accumulated a combined 1.2 million subscribers. His final video was uploaded on December 21.
