A Powerball ticket purchased in Roanoke Rapids won the $209.3 million jackpot drawing on Wednesday night.

The winning ticket was bought at West 10th Mart on West 10th Street in Roanoke Rapids, as confirmed by the North Carolina Education Lottery.

The winning numbers drawn were 11, 26, 27, 53, 55, with a Powerball of 12. The winner matched all six numbers.

The individual has 180 days to claim the prize. They can choose between an annuity of $209.3 million, paid over 30 installments across 29 years, or a lump sum payment of $95.3 million.

This marks the sixth time a player in North Carolina has won a Powerball jackpot, according to the lottery.
