Naomi Osaka, a four-time Grand Slam champion, made an appearance on Rod Laver Arena for her first-round match against Antonia Ruzic at the Australian Open.

Osaka, the Japanese 16th seed and two-time Australian Open champion, defeated Croatia's Ruzic with a score of 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, securing her progression to the second round.

For her entrance, Osaka wore an ocean blue tie-dye tracksuit jacket and white wide-leg bottoms, both adorned with ruffles. She stated that the outfit was inspired by a jellyfish she saw in a book while reading to her two-year-old daughter. Osaka also mentioned that Nike allowed her to design this particular outfit.
