Jalen Brunson did not participate in the final three quarters of the New York Knicks' game against Sacramento on Wednesday due to a right ankle injury.
The point guard sustained the injury in the first quarter, appearing to lose stability in his ankle while dribbling before falling.
Brunson left the court for evaluation. The Knicks initially listed him as questionable to return, then subsequently ruled him out for the second half.
He had recorded four points in five minutes of play prior to the injury.
Brunson had previously missed two games in November and a month during the 2024-25 season due to similar right ankle sprains.
