Throughout her career, Healy was a prominent figure in Australian women's cricket, playing alongside teammates such as Meg Lanning and Ellyse Perry. Her accolades include being named ICC Women's T20I Cricketer of the Year twice. She accumulated over 7,000 international runs and achieved 275 dismissals across formats. Mitchell Starc, her husband, observed her dedication to team goals, particularly after she assumed the captaincy in 2023.

Following Healy's retirement from T20 internationals, Georgia Voll has stepped into an opening role for the Australian women's Twenty20 team. Voll, 22, delivered a significant performance in Australia's second T20 match against India in Canberra, scoring 88 runs from 57 balls.
This innings, which marked her highest T20 international score, contributed to Australia's total of 5-163, leading to an Australian victory over India, who scored 9-144.
Voll is now partnering with Beth Mooney at the top of the batting order. In the same Canberra match, Mooney scored 46 runs off 39 balls, making her Australia's leading T20 run-scorer with 3,405 runs, surpassing Meg Lanning's previous record.
