The Tasmania JackJumpers recently recorded two significant wins in the National Basketball League (NBL), solidifying their position in the standings. They defeated the Adelaide 36ers 80-72 in an away game on Friday, followed by a dominant 114-70 triumph over the Brisbane Bullets at MyState Bank Arena. These results have been crucial in maintaining the JackJumpers' sixth position in the league.

The JackJumpers executed a 20-4 scoring run before halftime and prevented the 36ers from attempting any free throws in the first half. They established a 16-point lead early in the third quarter. While the 36ers, led by Flynn Cameron, reduced the deficit to four points in the final minute, Josh Bannan converted four crucial free throws to seal the win for the JackJumpers.
