New imagery from the Hubble Space Telescope has provided additional data regarding interstellar object 3I/ATLAS. Independent processing of observations conducted from late November through late December by Toni Scarmato indicates a geometric pattern in the object's behavior.
The analysis of the data reveals several key characteristics:
- The object's activity is observed to be declining.
- A three-jet internal structure is emerging with approximately equal angular separation.
- A long, narrow anti-tail has maintained stability for an extended duration.
These findings suggest that the object's characteristics may not align with routine comet explanations.
