Symptoms and Incubation

Symptoms typically begin about one week after infection, primarily watery diarrhea, along with loss of appetite, weight loss, cramping, bloating, increased gas, nausea, and fatigue. Less common symptoms include vomiting, body aches, headache, and low-grade fever.
