- Grants of up to $25,000 are available in three categories: Equipment and Travel, Inclusion Workforce, and Disability-led Initiatives.

Previous Recipients
- Seaspray Surf Lifesaving Club received over $4,500 for foam surfboards for its Starfish Nippers program.
- Community Accessibility Incorporated received over $6,000 for activities including pickleball, indoor soccer, basketball, and modified netball at Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre.
- Mallee Sports Assembly received $25,000 to co-design and deliver the 2026 Mildura Tri-State Games.
