At least 13 people have died in Accra, Ghana, following torrential rain and severe flooding, with officials warning the death toll may rise as recovery operations continue.
The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) reported that over 470 people have been rescued so far. A major fire at a rubber factory was also triggered by the floods.
