Warner Bros. has postponed the release of Jonah Hill's comedy film 'Cut Off' from its originally scheduled July 17 date.
The film, directed and co-written by Hill—and co-starring Kristen Wiig—wrapped production in January and is currently in postproduction. According to a source familiar with the situation, Warner Bros. desires more time prior to release, and a new release date is forthcoming.
A representative for Hill stated that the release date was postponed because the film was not yet ready.
The plot follows two siblings whose wealthy parents stop financially supporting them. The cast also includes Bette Midler, Nathan Lane, Camila Cabello, Adriana Barraza, and Chelsea Peretti.
