Court paperwork obtained by CBS6 details the divorce proceedings between Sarah Myers, one of six found dead in a Mechanicville apartment, and Brady Harmon.

Key Details of the Divorce

  • Sarah Myers and Brady Harmon married in Salt Lake City, Utah, in December 2015 and separated in 2019. The divorce was finalized in 2020.
  • They shared joint custody of four children: Harper Harmon (13), Hudson Harmon (11), and twins Gavin Harmon (10) and Gracelynn Harmon (10).

Custody Agreement
Myers had custody during the school year; Harmon had uninterrupted time from July to September, along with regular video calls, holidays, and birthdays. No alimony was awarded.

Upcoming Court Date
Myers was ordered to appear in Utah court on June 29 for an alleged motion to enforce regarding non-compliance with divorce terms.

The Fatalities
The six deceased individuals are: Sarah Myers, her four children, and her mother, Amy Steadman (64). They were found dead on June 23.

Cause of Death Under Investigation
Mechanicville Police Chief William Rabbitt stated that recovered evidence indicates intentional poisoning, including numerous prescription and over-the-counter medications.
