On June 25, Tom Sandoval obtained a domestic violence restraining order against his girlfriend, Victoria Robinson. In his filing, Sandoval alleged that Robinson punched him in the face during a June 3 incident, causing injury. He further claimed that Robinson's father, J. Will Robinson, lunged at him and punched a hole in a bedroom door during the same altercation.
Victoria Robinson was arrested on June 3 on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and subsequently released on bond.

The legal situation took a new turn on June 26. Despite Sandoval's restraining order being in effect, Victoria Robinson and her father were photographed at Sandoval's Los Angeles rental property that same day.
On that date, J. Will Robinson filed for a civil harassment restraining order against Sandoval, presenting a starkly different account of the June 3 incident.
Will Robinson alleges Sandoval pushed him into a lit fire pit during the altercation.
According to Robinson's filing, the push resulted in serious injuries, including a ruptured disc, a broken thumb, a broken elbow, and a heel laceration. A video of the incident, reviewed by PEOPLE, appears to support Robinson's claim, showing Sandoval pushing Will into a fire pit.
Robinson also alleged that Sandoval has returned to the house since the incident, forcing him to call the police again to address ongoing trouble.
