PopSockets has released its latest phone grip and stand, the Low-Pro Grip, engineered to be thinner than previous models. Priced at $39.99, the accessory launches exclusively through Apple stores, with a wider retail rollout scheduled for the end of July.

- Thickness: The Low-Pro Grip measures 2.6mm when collapsed—slimmer than the Snap Grip 5 (3mm) but slightly thicker than the Snap Grip 4 (2.5mm).
- Low Profile: When attached, it sits lower than the camera bump of an iPhone 17 Pro Max, minimizing bulk.
- Construction: A one-piece polymer expansion layer collapses flat, featuring a soft matte finish.
- Activation: Users can nudge the disk in any direction to raise it, revealing the flexible polymer piece and a slit.
Stand Functionality
- A metal ring around the edge doubles as a kickstand.
- Supports both portrait and landscape orientations at multiple angles.
Magnetic Compatibility
- The grip uses a MagSafe magnetic backing and is compatible with magnetic wireless chargers.
- Note: During testing, the Low-Pro remained attached to the charger rather than the phone. Charging speed may be reduced due to the additional layer between the device and the charger.
