Darnold Weighs In on Rams' Blockbuster Addition of Myles Garrett
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold addressed the Los Angeles Rams' acquisition of star defensive end Myles Garrett during a press conference on Wednesday.
"Great player," Darnold said of Garrett, adding that fellow Ram Jared Verse is also a "great player."
The Seahawks will not face the revamped Rams defense until Week 16 of the 2025 season, a Christmas Day matchup on December 25th. Prior to that clash, Seattle has a critical game against the Philadelphia Eagles on December 19th.
Garrett recorded an astounding 23 sacks in the 2025 season, further cementing his status as one of the league's most dominant pass rushers.
Both the Seahawks and Rams are considered among the top teams in the league heading into the 2025 campaign.
