The suspect in the Sandy shooting has been identified as Bryan Andrew Moore, according to KATU sources.
One officer was shot and is expected to survive. Multiple victims were found dead at the scene.
Charges
According to the Clackamas County Jail website, Moore faces:
- Three counts of third-degree murder
- Two counts of first-degree kidnapping
- One count of felon in possession of a firearm
Incident Details
Sandy police and other agencies responded to reports of a domestic dispute and shooting in the 39500 block of Evans Street around 4 p.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, officers came under fire. They returned fire, and one officer was shot.
The officer was transported via LifeFlight to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. Police Chief Patrick Huskey stated that the officer is expected to survive.
Multiple victims were found dead at the scene.
Custody
Moore was taken into custody Sunday evening.
