Frankie Valli, the 92-year-old frontman of The Four Seasons, announced on Friday via social media that he is canceling the remaining eight tour dates of 2026 to focus on his health.
The tour, titled "The Last Encores," began in October 2023. Shows scheduled for April 2025 were previously rescheduled to summer and fall. The canceled dates include performances in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Detroit.
Background
The Four Seasons rose to fame in the 1960s with hits such as "Sherry" and "December 1963 (Oh What a Night)."
- The band has sold 100 million records worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.
- Valli, who also had a successful solo career, received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2026.
Valli is the only original member still performing with the group.
