Police have reported that a known child sex offender is missing after failing to meet mandatory reporting requirements.

The man was last seen at his registered address, which authorities have since checked. His details, including image, name, and birth year, have been published on the Daniel's Law database.

Crime Command Acting Detective Superintendent Stephen Blanchfield stated that the man had not fulfilled his reporting obligations, which may include updates on travel, personal details, or contact with children.

The information was published to assist the community in making informed decisions regarding child protection, in line with legislative requirements.
