Ravens QB Lamar Jackson on Coaching Change: "A Breath of Fresh Air"

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson expressed surprise over the team's decision to fire former head coach John Harbaugh earlier this year but has fully embraced the new regime.

"Everything is just new basically besides upstairs," Jackson said. "Coaching staff is just new and I can say it’s a breath of fresh air."

Acceptance and a Smooth Transition
Jackson stated on Wednesday that he has accepted the new coaching staff, led by head coach Jesse Minter and offensive coordinator Declan Doyle. He described the current team atmosphere as "smooth" and noted that the fresh start has been energizing.

Increased Attendance at Offseason Program
Though Jackson missed some voluntary workouts last week, he confirmed he has attended more of the offseason program than in previous years. He attributed this increased participation directly to the changes in coaching personnel.

The Bigger Picture
The Ravens are aiming to reach the Super Bowl for the first time since Jackson joined the team. With a revitalized coaching structure and a quarterback who is fully engaged, the team is looking to turn a page.
