NBA to Announce 2025-26 Coach of the Year Tuesday Night
The award will be revealed at 7:30 p.m. ET, one hour before Game 5 of the Western Conference finals between the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The finalists are J.B. Bickerstaff of the Detroit Pistons, Joe Mazzulla of the Boston Celtics, and Mitch Johnson of the San Antonio Spurs.
The Finalists
J.B. Bickerstaff led the Pistons to a 60-win regular season and their first playoff series win since 2008. He holds a 104-60 record in two seasons as head coach.
Joe Mazzulla guided the Celtics to their fifth straight 50-win season despite an offseason roster overhaul and Jayson Tatum missing most of the season with a torn Achilles.
Mitch Johnson led the Spurs to a 62-20 record and their first playoff appearance since 2019. San Antonio is currently tied 2-2 in the Western Conference finals.
