The Incident
The fatal incident occurred at the Driftwood Grill, where the woman, identified as Dana Weinger, was dining on the patio with her husband. A sudden strong gust of wind caused the umbrella to become loose and airborne, striking Weinger and causing serious lacerations to her throat.
