Ploopy has released the Bean, a mouse that uses a TrackPoint-style pointing stick instead of a traditional movement sensor.
The device is inspired by the TrackPoint II found on ThinkPad keyboards. It features a red nub at the center for cursor control and does not require physical movement.
The Bean connects via a USB-A to USB-C cable. It is available for preorder on Ploopy's website as of the time of writing.
