Tianma Microelectronics Unveils First Display Panels Optimized for Intel's Razor Lake Processors

At the Intel Client Ecosystem Symposium and Edge Solution Summit 2026 in Shanghai, Tianma Microelectronics announced two new laptop display panels specifically engineered for Intel's forthcoming Razor Lake processors.

The first panel is a 14-inch 2.8K in-cell touch display, featuring a refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 120Hz. It is designed to support Intel's ITST function for integrated touch and refresh rate management.

The second panel is a 16-inch WQ display with a 1Hz to 120Hz variable refresh rate, built on advanced oxide technology.

Razor Lake is scheduled for release in Q4 2027, following the launches of Nova Lake and Panther Lake.

Tianma's panels are the first to be explicitly optimized for Razor Lake, marking a significant step in display integration for Intel's next-generation mobile platform.
