Longstanding Brisbane nightclub Fridays has announced it will close its doors on May 24, 2024, after 40 years of operation in the CBD's Eagle Street precinct.
The club, known for its multiple bars, restaurant, cocktails, DJs, and large outdoor area with river views, served as a weekend nightspot and function venue.
In a social media post on Monday, Fridays Riverside stated: "After more than 40 years on the Brisbane riverfront, Fridays Riverside is saying goodbye."
