Meghan Markle departed for Geneva, Switzerland on Sunday to attend the inauguration of The Lost Screen Memorial.
The installation features 50 illuminated lightboxes displaying lock screen images of children who died due to online violence or digital harm. Created by Archewell Philanthropies in partnership with The Parents' Network, the memorial is a powerful call to action for online safety.
At the event, Meghan will join WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and families affected by online harm. The ceremony precedes the 79th World Health Assembly.
A Personal Note Before Departure
Before her trip, Meghan shared a photo on social media showing her daughter, Princess Lilibet, helping her with her shoes. The image was captioned "Mama's little helper" with a purple heart emoji.
The family recently celebrated Mother's Day at Disneyland, as documented in social media posts.
