AFL Veteran Tom Campbell Retires After 15-Year Career

Tom Campbell has retired from AFL football after 58 games across four clubs, concluding a 15-year career.

Career-Ending Injury

Campbell, 34, suffered a torn ligament in his neck after a collision at training in January 2025, ruling him out for the entire season. He did not play a senior game for Melbourne after arriving ahead of the 2024 season, but played 17 games for the Casey Demons in 2025, averaging 18 disposals and 28 hitouts per game.
