Man Set Alight in Wollongong, Airlifted to Sydney in Critical Condition
A 25-year-old man suffered severe burns after being set alight at an apartment complex in Wollongong, New South Wales, on Monday evening.

Emergency services arrived at a unit on Todd Street, Warrawong, around 9 p.m. following reports of a man with serious burns. He sustained injuries to his face, chest, neck, and arms.
Medical Response
Paramedics, a medical helicopter crew, and nearby residents provided treatment at the scene. He was airlifted to Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital in critical condition. On Tuesday morning, hospital staff reported his condition as serious but stable.
Investigation
Police were informed that another person had set the man alight and fled before officers arrived. A crime scene has been established, and detectives are investigating the circumstances.
