Dallas Cowboys Trade Up to Select Downs in First Round
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced the selection of the player named Downs after the Dallas Cowboys traded up one spot from the 12th overall pick to 11th. As part of the trade, the Cowboys gave the Miami Dolphins two fifth-round picks.
