lululemon athletica inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Heidi O'Neill as the company's next Chief Executive Officer.

O'Neill will officially start as CEO and join the Board on September 8, 2026. She will be based in Vancouver. The appointment follows a search process conducted by the company's Board.

Background and Experience

Heidi O'Neill brings over 30 years of experience in performance apparel, footwear, and sport to the role. She spent over 25 years at Nike, Inc., where her most recent position was President, Consumer, Product & Brand.

Her board experience includes serving on the boards of Spotify Technology, Hyatt Hotels, and Lithia & Driveway.

Leadership Transition

Current interim co-CEOs Meghan Frank and André Maestrini will continue in their roles until O'Neill joins the company in September 2026.
