Sixteen AFL clubs will wear specially designed guernseys for two separate commemorative rounds during the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season: the ANZAC Appeal Round and the Sir Doug Nicholls Round. Each set of guernseys features distinct designs chosen by the individual clubs.
2026 ANZAC Appeal Round
The 2026 ANZAC Appeal Round will include nine matches, all of which will feature ANZAC observance ceremonies. ANZAC Appeal badges will be available for purchase at select matches, and donations can be made via the official appeal website. The RSL's ANZAC Appeal is a national fundraiser that supports veterans transitioning to civilian life.
Each of the 18 AFL clubs has designed a commemorative guernsey for this round. The designs are as follows:
- Adelaide: Features tri-colours forming hoops of rosemary on a white kit. The back displays poppies and rosemary.
- Brisbane Lions: The club will wear its regular home jumper with the ANZAC logo.
- Carlton: Honors club players known to have served in WWI, WWII, the Boer War, and the Vietnam War. Names are displayed on the back, with a cross denoting those who died in service.
- Collingwood: The front shows silhouettes of soldiers in formation, with one sounding The Last Post against a Gallipoli landscape. The back shows silhouettes of footballers at Victoria Park.
- Essendon: Pays tribute to former player and serviceman Keith Rawle. The design features a blueprint of a Bristol Beaufighter aircraft and the names of 231 past players who served.
