Samsung Galaxy Enhance-X App Updated with New Interface and Plugin System
Samsung has released version 16.3.00.31 of its Galaxy Enhance-X app through the Galaxy Store. The update includes a redesigned interface and new functionality.
The update introduces a dedicated plugin system, batch editing, and new tools for document processing.
A Redesigned Interface
The app's layout has been streamlined for easier navigation.
- Plugins Tab: Dedicated to add-ons that expand editing capabilities.
- Home Tab: Serves as the main workspace for editing photos and videos.
- History Tab: Stores previously edited files.
New Features and Capabilities
Plugin System
A new plugin architecture allows users to download additional features. Three plugins are currently available for download from the Galaxy Store and appear within the app's editing tools after installation:
- CinematicGlow: Adds a diffusion effect to photos.
- FilmStyle: Offers nine film-inspired filters.
- SkyGuide: Identifies celestial objects in night sky photos.
Document Editing
New tools for document processing have been added, including automatic cleaning and cropping of scanned documents. Users can convert and combine scans into JPEG or PDF formats, with additional options to add filters, translate text, draw, crop, and add text.
Batch Editing
The update now supports processing multiple photos or videos simultaneously, improving workflow efficiency.
Enhanced Photo and Face Tools
Existing editing tools like blur fixing, reflection removal, HDR, and sharpening remain available. Face editing tools for adjusting smoothness, tone, eyes, and jawline are also included.
Technical Notes
- All edited content is saved in standard formats (JPEG, MP4, PDF).
- Plugins must be downloaded separately from the Galaxy Store.
