OnePlus Announces Ace 6 Ultra with Attachable Gaming Controller

OnePlus has confirmed that its upcoming Ace 6 Ultra smartphone will function as a gaming handheld when used with an attachable controller.

The controller attaches directly to the phone, converting it into a handheld console-style device.

The controller includes four physical buttons with customizable mapping. OnePlus states the controller uses micro-mechanical switches with a 1000Hz polling rate and 1.8ms response time. A detachable magnetic cooling fan is included for heat dissipation during extended gaming. The controller also features a built-in gaming antenna and a USB-C port for charging while playing.
