The incident reportedly took place around 4:30 AM on January 1st in Coors Lane, which connects Little Bourke and Lonsdale streets in Melbourne. Investigators have been informed that the female victim was at a nightclub with friends when a man assisted her after she fell on the dance floor. It is alleged that the same man then sexually assaulted the woman in Coors Lane before leading her to Little Bourke Street and departing the vicinity.

Police have identified the individual sought as Adam Berguiga, a 22-year-old French national. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in relation to the alleged sexual assault.
Descriptive Information and Known Movements
Mr. Berguiga is described as having short dark hair with a side part. He was last observed wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie jacket, and black and white sneakers. Authorities believe he may be operating a blue 2007 Toyota Yaris, registration number UYO268. He is known to have frequented areas including the Melbourne Central Business District, St Kilda, and the broader Port Phillip region.
