Alienware has announced the AW2726DM, a new 27-inch gaming monitor featuring a QD-OLED panel. The monitor was previewed at a Dell media event, where it was shown running the video game Doom: The Dark Ages.
According to the product announcements, high-refresh-rate OLED monitors designed for gaming typically retail for between $500 and $900. Alienware has frequently been among the first companies to release new OLED monitor models, with competing products from companies such as Asus, MSI, and AOC often following at a later date.
