Kesha Neve Crowned Winner of 2024 Australian Idol

Kesha Neve, a 21-year-old singer from Jindabyne, New South Wales, was declared the winner of the 2024 Australian Idol competition during a live grand finale broadcast on Tuesday night. She received the most votes from the Australian public.

Neve is the first female winner of the competition since Natalie Gauci in 2007. The prize package includes $100,000 and a recording contract.

Final Round Results

The final round featured Neve and runner-up Harlan Goode, an 18-year-old from Queensland. Each performed an expanded version of their original audition song.

Neve performed "Die With A Smile" by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. Kalani Artis, a 23-year-old from the central coast of New South Wales, was eliminated earlier in the finale, placing third.
