Casualties and Individuals Involved

All four occupants of the Hyundai Elantra were pronounced deceased at the scene.

  • The driver was identified as Tykevious D. Russaw, 27, of Eufaula.
  • Passengers were identified as Robert D. Hall, 27, and Quamay Richardson, 24, both of Clayton.
  • A fourth passenger, a 17-year-old, has not been publicly identified.

Reports indicate that the driver and two passengers were not wearing seat belts and were ejected from the vehicle. The fourth passenger was not ejected.
