AMD's mid-range RDNA 4 graphics cards, the Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT, launched last year, are currently available at differing price points in various markets.

While models in Germany are reported to be selling below their Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), prices for the Radeon RX 9070 XT in the United States generally exceed its launch MSRP.

The Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards were introduced last year as AMD's latest mid-range offerings. These GPUs utilize a 4nm manufacturing process and incorporate an updated RDNA 4 architecture. Key features include improved ray-tracing performance and the integration of AMD's FSR 4 upscaling technology, designed to enhance gaming visuals and performance.

German Market Sees Prices Below MSRP

In Germany, specific models of the Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT are reported to be available below their launch MSRPs, indicating a more competitive retail environment or stronger supply.

  • The ASUS PRIME Radeon RX 9070 OC is currently listed at €539, a notable decrease from its €629 launch MSRP.
  • The ASRock Radeon RX 9070 XT Challenger is reported at €640, a reduction from its €689 launch MSRP.

U.S. Market: RX 9070 XT Generally Exceeds MSRP

Conversely, the situation in the United States shows a different trend for these RDNA 4 cards. Prices for the Radeon RX 9070 XT currently range from approximately $740 to $800. This range is significantly above its launch MSRP of $599.

The price reductions observed in the German market have not been reported in the US. Prices for RDNA 4 models in the US have generally remained above their initial MSRP since the product's release.
