The 2026 McDonald's All-American Games were held at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, showcasing 24 of the top high school basketball prospects for both girls and boys. The girls' game commenced at 7 p.m. ET, followed by the boys' game at 9 p.m. ET, with both contests broadcast on ESPN. Rosters for both competitions were divided into East and West teams.

Girls' Game: Team East Dominates After Slow Start

Team East secured a decisive 91-71 victory over Team West.

Saniyah Hall, a USC combo guard signee and the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, was named the game's MVP. She led all scorers with 21 points on 8-18 shooting, showcasing her talent on the national stage.

West initially held a lead, ending the first quarter up 20-15. East then rallied, tying the score at 40-39 by halftime after a competitive second quarter. In the third quarter, East established crucial momentum with an 11-2 run, taking a 59-56 lead into the final period. East extended its lead further in the fourth quarter, limiting West to just 15 points and ultimately winning by a commanding 20-point margin.

North Carolina point guard signee Kate Harpring temporarily exited the game due to a shoulder injury but returned for the second half, demonstrating resilience.

Boys' Game: Team West Pulls Away for Victory

Team West defeated Team East with a final score of 102-86.

Mizzou shooting guard signee Jason Crowe Jr. and Arizona shooting guard commit Caleb Holt were named co-MVPs of the boys' game for their stellar performances.

The East team began strongly, holding a 21-19 lead at the end of the first quarter, with Toni Bryant (Mizzou center signee) scoring the game's initial basket. The score was tied at 42 points each at halftime following a competitive second quarter, setting the stage for an intense second half.

In the second half, West began to build a significant lead, holding a 66-60 advantage by the end of the third quarter. Key contributions for West included Tyran Stokes, the No. 1 overall prospect, who recorded 12 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists, along with Caleb Holt's five crucial points early in the third quarter. Jason Crowe Jr. was a prominent performer in the second half, helping Team West extend its lead in the final minutes to secure the decisive victory.

Unfortunately, USC center signee Adonis Ratliff for the East and North Carolina small forward commit Maximo Adams for the West were unable to play due to injuries.
