Michael Chiesa concluded his mixed martial arts career, which spanned 16 years with most spent in the UFC. In his final fight, Chiesa defeated Niko Price by submission in one minute.

Following the bout, Chiesa stated in his post-fight interview:

"I love you guys so much, you have no idea. I'm a kid who came from nothing. I worked hard, dreamed big, and never gave up on myself. I relied on the people who supported me. I love you guys with every ounce of my being."
