A disturbance at a residence in Quakers Hill on Sunday morning resulted in the deaths of a man and a woman. Emergency services responded to the incident, and a 47-year-old man was subsequently arrested in connection with the fatalities.

Emergency services were dispatched to a residence on Illabo Street, Quakers Hill, just before 5:00 AM on Sunday, following reports of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, a man was located on the footpath suffering from stab wounds. Inside the residence, a woman, identified as being in her 30s, was found deceased in the kitchen, having sustained multiple stab wounds.
The injured man was transported to Liverpool Hospital in critical condition. He succumbed to his injuries and died at approximately 9:00 AM on the same day.
Investigation and Arrest
Approximately 30 minutes after emergency services were called, a 47-year-old man arrived at Blacktown Police Station at around 5:30 AM on Sunday. He was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident. Authorities have reported that the arrested man is cooperating with investigators.
Police also reported the recovery of a knife at a petrol station.
