Iconic Western Australian Backdrops

Filming encompassed a range of iconic WA locations. These included the stunning Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area, Coral Bay, Charles Knife Canyon, Yardie Creek, Turquoise Bay, and Shot Hole Canyon within Cape Range National Park. Initial scenes were also captured at Elizabeth Quay before the production moved to the Coral Coast for an extensive 10-day shoot.

Beloved Characters Return to the Outback

Returning cast members Bonnie Sveen, portraying Ricky, and Stephen Peacocke, as Brax, reprised their popular roles. Their characters, Brax and Ricky, along with their son Casey (Austin Cutcliffe), are depicted embarking on a new life on a remote cattle station in the WA outback. This storyline unfolds a decade after their initial departure from the series in 2016.

Bonnie Sveen specifically highlighted Yardie Creek as a memorable filming location. She noted its distinctive red limestone cliffs and the presence of black-footed rock wallabies in the area.
