Production has officially commenced on "Tyler Perry's Where There's Smoke," a new firefighter drama series destined for Netflix. Tyler Perry is confirmed to take on multiple key roles for the project, serving as writer, director, and producer.
The official logline reveals the series will follow "the lives of a group of firefighters as they navigate the intense challenges of their high-stakes profession while grappling with personal struggles, fractured relationships, and the emotional toll of saving lives in a world filled with danger, drama, and heartbreak."
Netflix has placed a substantial order for 16 episodes for the inaugural season of the series.
