Western Australia Rolls Out Mobile Phone Detection Cameras

Western Australia (WA) has implemented mobile phone detection cameras, becoming one of the last Australian states to adopt this technology.

Other states have been steadily integrating such cameras since New South Wales (NSW) first introduced them in 2019.

Currently, the Northern Territory is the only Australian jurisdiction without mobile phone and seatbelt detection cameras.
