Vivo Announces Global Launch of X300 Ultra Smartphone
Vivo has announced the global market launch of its X300 Ultra smartphone, following its initial release in China. The device was showcased at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026.
This marks the first wide international release for Vivo's "Ultra" tier of devices, with availability planned for regions in Asia, Europe, and Brazil.

Vivo presented the X300 Ultra at Mobile World Congress (MWC). The company confirmed the device will be released for sale in global markets later this year, representing the first Vivo Ultra series phone available outside of China.
Regional availability is set to include Asia, Europe, and Brazil. Vivo has stated the device is not currently expected to launch in the United States. No information was provided regarding a launch in the United Kingdom. The device is listed for pre-order on Vivo's official website.

According to Vivo, the X300 Ultra includes the following hardware specifications:

- Operating System: OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Vivo states it will provide five years of operating system upgrades and seven years of security updates.
Camera System
The phone's camera system is branded as the ZEISS Master Lenses Collection and consists of three primary lenses:
- A 35mm lens using a 200 MP Sony LYTIA 901 sensor (1/1.12").
- An 85mm periscope telephoto lens with a 200 MP sensor and gimbal-grade stabilization.
- A 14mm ultra-wide lens with a 50 MP LYTIA 818 sensor and a 116-degree field of view.
Vivo states the camera system supports several advanced videography features:
- 4K video recording at 120 frames per second across all rear sensors.
- 10-bit LOG video and Dolby Vision support.
- Real-time LUT (Look-Up Table) support.

Professional Accessories
Vivo introduced several accessories developed in collaboration with Zeiss and SmallRig, aimed at professional photographers and videographers.

Telephoto Extender Accessories: Vivo is introducing two physical Telephoto Extender accessories. A Gen 2 Ultra model extends the focal length to a 400mm equivalent, an upgrade from a previous 200mm equivalent model. Vivo states this accessory includes gimbal-grade optical image stabilization and motion-tracking focus technology. The mount system is also compatible with the earlier X200 Pro model.

Camera Grip Case: A redesigned camera grip case will accompany the phone, featuring rearranged physical buttons. The case design no longer includes a cutout for a touch-sensitive shutter button on the phone itself.

Pro-Grade Camera Cage: Developed with SmallRig, this expandable cage includes multiple cold shoe mounts, quick-release ports for attaching accessories, dedicated physical buttons for shutter and zoom control, a multi-level cooling fan, and an External Lens Expansion Frame for the telephoto extender.
