North Brisbane Police Appeal for Witnesses After Multiple Traffic Offenses

Police are appealing for witnesses following a series of traffic offenses reported across North Brisbane on March 1. Initial investigations indicate a silver Holden Rodeo utility vehicle was allegedly involved in dangerous driving and striking multiple vehicles.

Between 4:50 AM and 6:30 AM, police received several reports concerning the vehicle's activities.

The incidents occurred across various suburbs, including Chermside, Windsor, Lutwyche, Kedron, Brisbane City, Chermside West, and Bald Hills. Crucially, no injuries were reported to police in connection with these incidents.

Police Response and Arrests

The utility vehicle was located abandoned around 5:35 AM on the Gateway Motorway, near the Wyampa Road overpass in Bald Hills. Shortly before 6:00 AM, police successfully located and took into custody a 30-year-old Mooloolaba man in nearby bushland. A 38-year-old Mooloolaba man has also been taken into custody in relation to the matter.
