University of Queensland Program Gains Ground in Investment Banking Recruitment

Traditionally, entry into the trading and dealmaking divisions of major investment banks in Australia has been largely through commerce degrees offered by universities in Sydney and Melbourne.

However, the University of Queensland's Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics program has emerged as an increasingly recognized alternative.

Investment banks have acknowledged the program for its capacity to develop high-calibre graduates, noting its notable influence despite being established in 2016.
