Bistro Guillaume Perth to Conclude Operations After 14 Years

Bistro Guillaume Perth, a prominent French restaurant located at Crown Perth, is scheduled to cease operations on April 4, marking the end of its 14-year service.

The establishment, which first commenced service in 2012, was founded under the guidance of French-born chef Guillaume Brahimi. Throughout its tenure, Bistro Guillaume Perth was renowned for offering authentic French cuisine to its patrons.

Chef Brahimi Expresses Gratitude

Chef Brahimi conveyed his sincere appreciation for the restaurant's successful run. He extended his thanks to both the loyal guests and dedicated staff for their support since the opening in 2012.

While the Perth location is closing, Chef Brahimi's restaurant in Melbourne will continue to operate without interruption. Importantly, all staff members from Bistro Guillaume Perth will be retained and reassigned to other roles within the wider Crown precinct.

Future Plans for the Crown Perth Venue

Crown Perth CEO Brian Pereira outlined the immediate future for the now-vacant venue. He indicated that the space will initially host a series of temporary seasonal pop-up dining concepts.

This interim period is intended to precede the introduction of a new, permanent dining concept at Crown Perth. This initiative aligns with recent developments within the precinct's dining offerings, which have included the addition of Gladstones and the Urban Food District.
