Police in New South Wales seized drugs valued at approximately $1.45 million from a vehicle during a traffic stop.

The incident occurred early Saturday morning on the Pacific Highway at Nabiac.

Roadside Stop and Initial Findings

Highway Patrol officers stopped a 22-year-old male driver at 12:40 AM. The driver allegedly tested positive for cocaine during a roadside drug test.

Vehicle Search Uncovers Major Stash

Following the driver's arrest, a search of the vehicle reportedly uncovered 4 kilograms of cocaine and 45 kilograms of cannabis. Additionally, $980 in cash and several electronic devices were found.

Driver's Alleged Deception and Charges

Authorities allege the driver presented a fake driver's license and was later identified as a suspended learner driver.

The individual was charged with multiple offenses, including the supply and possession of prohibited drugs, and driving while suspended. Bail was refused.
